winter morning

jonquils

There's a blanket of snow on the ground when we got up this morning. It was barely cold enough for snow, and now it is raining. Wet, cold rain. Making all the pretty snow a layer of slush.

I got up early to beat the masses, but the masses beat me, and everyone was up before dawn. Marlowe was down for a nap by 8 am, and soon we have pile on our gear and head to the train station. Ellis has a CI appointment with his audiologist, though I imagine he'd prefer to stay home and watch PBSkids all day. Sorry, E.

Oh I love those narcissus! I am going to get me some of those as soon as I am able to get out and about. Very cheery!
