Oh my goodness, that HAS to be one of the best baby shots I've EVER seen - love the tongue sticking out - he looks JUST like he's escaping somewhere... what steps were those? Supreme Court Building? Smithsonian? Public Library? Ah, to know what's working in those little eyes :)
